The accommodation at Banskovilla Zlateva House is amazing with super friendly staff who make you feel like a part of the household. The location is very quiet and central, with easy access to the old Bansko and the Gondola, as well as nearby shops. I highly recommend a visit to Coconut for tea or coffee - it's located nearby.

There was a traditional restaurant nearby. The staff and the host were all accommodating and absolutely kind.

The bathrooms were wet rooms, which might be inconvenient for some guests. The shower being attached to the sink taps was a bit odd.
